Chick-fil-A in Knoxville

“We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

“Today I picked up a huge catering order for our local Volunteer Fire Dept and you all were amazing! I ordered thru the app and when I picked up today everything was ready and you all made it so easy! Even helping me get it to the car! You kick started my week and I appreciate all of you! Thank you for being such an asset to our community!!“

“Just like any and every Tabernacle of Lord's Chicken, this one is no different in the excellent service and food provided. I used the app to buy sustenance for myself and coworkers. Our famished tummies and parched lips received with gladness and joy the peanut oil fried chicken and the coldest wettest sweet tea.

No manner of distance whether it be height, depth length or width should keep anyone from visiting the nearest Chick-fil-A. Go and live life and eat this chicken.“

“Most popular chicken fast food in our area because of the fast service and friendly smiles and great attitudes of their employees. Ordered the fried nugget meal with fries and a sun joy drink (half lemonade and half sweet tea). Very tasty and salted perfectly. So good with their chick fil a sauce too. I will definitely be back.“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“Employees really made this place different! Shout out to Tyler & Gabriel for the great hospitality, kindness, and energy. We went there when they’re closing up, but didn’t get the feeling that we had to rush out. Now, it’s my go-to store for Chick-fil-A😬“

“I've haven't had any concerns as of recent, and I've been coming to this CFA for 5 years now. I almost always use the drive thru, but the workers are always kind. I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app (even if you've just pulled in). They'll have your food ready much faster, and there's almost a certainty that your order will be correct.“

“Counter service was exemplary. Food was as good as any fast food can be. Restaurant looked like it had been through an onslaught of customers that overwhelmed their ability to keep it clean...debris everywhere. Trash on the floor. Tables used, not wiped.“

“Got here at noon and there were a ton of students but the staff was killing it… about a five minute wait. And everything was cooked perfectly and they added some extra sauces and ketchup. Good thing because the Gubhub kiosk crashed after telling us there were too many condiments on the order. Three blew its mind lol The staff must know this is an issue or something. Kudos!“

“I’m happy with food and service but playground is very dirty. Also, women’s restroom has incredibly hot water coming out of faucet. It feels cool one second and then extremely hot the next. I couldn’t get my toddler’s hands washed. He said it hurt him.“

“I was there at lunchtime. Two lane Drive Through is better organized than any other I know: friendly people coming to your car window and taking orders, and shortly after, there are again friendly people bringing your order to your car. Their food is one of my wife's and my favorites.“
