As a former CFA employee, specifically a morning prep worker, I am saddened to say this was the most pitiful grilled cook wrap I have ever received. They were unwilling to customize my order, stating they can remove certain ingredients but weren’t willing to add pickles. Weird, but no big deal. We did our order and we're told to stand by the sign as our shakes would be right out. 5 minutes later our food came out, but no shakes. A few minutes later they came out but that's crazy standing there all that time for $27 that covered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 shakes. Crazy expensive for fast food and slow on service.

Wonderful food, and one of the female employees helped us with the bathroom door as my sister and I in power ? chairs and waited on us to get done and held the door for us to leave the bathroom she was very helpful and kind this was yesterday afternoon
