The car hop girl that brought our food didn't look very happy lol. Idk if she just doesn't lomg working here or if she was expecting some kind of tip but dang, this is customer service. Act less miserable
Every time we come here it's always so slow. Im currently waiting on a mobile order thats supposed to have been ready 45 minutes ago 😤😤😤
We had a late night Sonic order through DoorDash and ran into a small issue. I called the store and spoke with the manager, April, and she completely turned the experience around. She immediately took ownership, listened with genuine care, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days.
