This place has horrible service, and the food is a hit or miss. I’ve never seen a sonic that’s this bad with service, and how long it takes just to get a meal. Even ordering a slushie has taken 10+ minutes before.
Ordered a original smasher without pickles and onions, we also got a large cocoa berry cream and a medium ocean water. The ocean water was made a large instead of the cocoa berry cream, and my burger had pickles and onions on it. Pretty disappointing but the lady was nice :)
I've LITTERALLY NEVER BEEN TO A DRIVETHRU THAT TAKES AS LONG AS THIS LOCATION, EVERY, SINGLE, TIME, I, COME, THROUGH, This place needs big help, like jeesy petes man, I've been here at least 11 times in the past 3 years and Everytime it's a 25 minute wait in the drive thru line, let's get our shi togather yeah?

Sonic Drive-In is a convenient spot for a quick bite or late-night snack. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with some employees going above and beyond, such as Sarah, who knows regular customers' orders. The restaurant has easy parking options including drive-in, drive-thru, and outdoor seating, although there is no dine-in. The menu offers a variety of options, including Slushies, Limeades, and Blasts, which are highly loved by customers. The food is served hot and fresh, and the ice is known for being crunchy and enjoyable to munch. Despite some staffing shortages, the staff work quickly to serve customers, even during late-night hours. Accessibility can be an issue, especially for those in wheelchairs, as the ramp to the back door is steep and short, which has caused accidents. Overall, Sonic Drive-In remains a popular place for a quick and satisfying meal or treat.
