The employee whom we had an encounter with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We spoke to this employee for a DoorDash pickup order and they forgot to check us in. Following this mistake, they proceeded to insist that we were lying about checking our order in rather than admitting to a quite small and forgivable mistake. This occurred tonight, and I find it very disappointing that the situation escalated into a childish argument, when it simply could have been avoided by genuine accountability.

I'm just gonna quit stopping at these little putrid places to get a bite to eat in a "hurry." Not able to eat it anyway! Enough mayo to float a boat, stale, hard, slimey soggy buns, NEVER get what you ask for..no matter how simple! Gonna start back making dinners for freezer to just heat and eat. Or deli meats and cheeses sandwiches. My DOG wouldn't even eat this schit tonight!

The Sonic Drive-In is a nice place for a late night snack and/or a quick bite. They have drink specials throughout the days as well. Most but not all Sonic Drive-Ins are open until Midnight as well. I do enjoy the Slushies and Limeades. Some of the employees are over-worked because they are short on Help, be patient with them. I also heard that most Sonic Drive-Ins are hiring as well. I know that Fountain City and the Oak Ridge locations are both hiring.Parking: Lots of Drive-up Stations for ordering and a Drive-thru
