Not adhering to corporate policies regarding customer satisfaction! Going downhill!
Very friendly staff. Great food and always a smiling face to great you when you walk in the door.
Came in and ordered 3 chic fil a sandwiches with no pickle add American cheese and got them with pickle without cheese and called in and spoke to a manager they told me they wrote my name down in a “care system” and I didn’t need my receipt. I came back next day and was told it was not in the system and since I didn’t have the receipt I couldn’t get the food remade.
