I called to place a delivery order. Received my order 32 minutes late and incorrect not only was it incorrect. It was also burnt have recently tried to contact the location about this 58 minutes with no return call or phone answered. Is this what kinda service we offer at this location ?? Who checked this and allowed it to be sent out ?
Ordered a good amount of pizzas 4 hours in advance for a business event and they failed to notify me that pizzas would be delayed and I did not find out until i called and was on hold for 10 mins. Pizzas were over an hr late and had a whole party of people waiting to eat. Took almost 2 hours to receive a pizza. Instead of offering anything of value after a complaint, they'll just give you a discount. Not the first time I've had issues with this store, but it'll definitely be my last. Anywhere is better.
