Took almost 2 hours to receive a pizza. Instead of offering anything of value after a complaint, they'll just give you a discount. Not the first time I've had issues with this store, but it'll definitely be my last. Anywhere is better.

I called to place a delivery order. Received my order 32 minutes late and incorrect not only was it incorrect. It was also burnt have recently tried to contact the location about this 58 minutes with no return call or phone answered. Is this what kinda service we offer at this location ?? Who checked this and allowed it to be sent out ?

Ordered a good amount of pizzas 4 hours in advance for a business event and they failed to notify me that pizzas would be delayed and I did not find out until i called and was on hold for 10 mins. Pizzas were over an hr late and had a whole party of people waiting to eat. We came in person to pick up the order since they were short delivery drivers and they proceeded to tell us after waiting 25 minutes that they forgot about our order.They also let the phone ring for mins at a time without answering multiple times while I was in the building and manager just kept saying how much of an inconvenience the phone ringing was.Other angry customers came in with similar issues and manager ignored them purposely

Don’t bother with delivery unless you prefer cold pizza, warm salad with the wrong dressing, and a driver who takes all the back roads when the traffic cameras show no traffic on the highway.

I placed an online order the delivery was supposed in 25 min it arrived in 60 min I called the store to claim insurance delivery and the store manager just said the order was delivered and you got your pizza “in 60 minutes greeeeeat”

I honestly don't care much for the actual marinara on their pizzas but it's right down the road and they deliver normally fast. Unfortunately the last time I ordered from them I stopped to pick it up, but the new employees hadn't even prepped my order for the oven, even though the app said it was almost done. The app also gave me the option to pay in store at 11pm, but I stood outside the store knocking, because the doors were naturally locked. Attempting to explain what happened and why I needed to pay in store. The GM, very nice, explained that he had been doing inventory, and the other 2 guys there, were training. After total of 45 minutes from online order to getting in the store, my order had not been started. The GM apologized again and began my order.Unfortunately, within 2 hours of eating the dinner from there we became EXTREMELY sick. Upon going to the ER for food poisoning, I tried to contact the store, but for 3 days now it has told me they were closed. Trying to contact them is impossible.

They’re always really fast with delivery but today I went to pick up an order and realized I ordered the wrong thing. They were very understanding and made a replacement one for me. 10/10 interaction

Took payment twice and then when we told them to pull up cameras they called the cops until they checked cameras. Literally had to cuss at them to get our money back. Little kids running the store.

Outstanding service today. Had a childs birthday party next door at Brickz for kids. Ordered 5 or so pizzas. Boom, I turned around, and they were at the door. Pizza was perfect. Fast and on the money. Great job, thank you very much.

I hate to say it but, this place is hit or MISS. One month I order delivery and, it's spot-on. Next time, (today,) it was dry and awful. When they hit the mark, they do hit it. But, there's no excuse for not putting sauce on a pizza or sending any dipping sauce with the nuggets. Today was just not a good day for my order from this location.
