This was our second time in, and again it was great. Luis (or Louis) was great. He was super friendly and helpful. There was a slightly older gentleman working the front, and he was great too. They came to the table to get our baskets when we were done eating, then again for the rest of it when we were done. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore in quick serve restaurants. Great job guys!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I asked Hannah, who took my order, for a recommendation, she responded that she didn't know what I liked, which I understand. However, when I inquired about her personal preference, she rudely replied that she hated chicken salad then looked at me incredibly annoyed while I browsed the menu deciding on what to get. As someone who works in the food industry, I'm aware that customers often have questions about the menu, and it’s part of our job to assist them. I was taken aback by Hannah's extreme unprofessional and snarky tone. It’s concerning that an employee who dislikes the main item on the menu and handles customers with such disregard is working in this position. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and I believe it’s important for staff to be friendly and helpful. I hope the management will address this issue to ensure that future customers have a more positive experience. That said, after reading the reviews for this location it seems as though the establishment tolerates this behavior. I noticed in many of the reviews comment on the truly poor customer service especially the girl at the front.
