ChamaCheese is a hidden gem in Knoxville, near the TJ Maxx/ Home Goods mall. The food, including chicken empanadas and Chama Cheese arepas, is fantastic and flavorful. The menu also features tequenos and beef empanadas with crispy corn shells. The plantains with cheese are a must-try. The food truck is easily recognizable by its yellow color. Friendly staff and a memorable dining experience make ChamaCheese a definite repeat visit.
