“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“This is simply the best restaurant in Knoxville. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the servings are large and the food is hot or cold, depending on what it is. The wonderful slaw is always chilled. In addition, the servers are friendly and efficient, although possibly overworked. What a great experience!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“Always fast and friendly. Cars could be lined around the building but never do you have to wait more than 3-4 min. Why is this so hard for all other fast food/drive-thru restaurants to accomplish??? Obviously it can be done because EVERY Chick-fil-A I have ever visited, and I travel for work every single day so that's a lot of different ones, always get you your food in no time. All the big names in fast food need to apparently come to be trained at Chick-fil-A.“

“We had a great experience at this Chick fil a while traveling through Knoxville. Both Dawn & Sierra went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. They helped us clean up when our kids spilled milk. It was a relief to get such helpful service!“

“I've haven't had any concerns as of recent, and I've been coming to this CFA for 5 years now. I almost always use the drive thru, but the workers are always kind. I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app (even if you've just pulled in). They'll have your food ready much faster, and there's almost a certainty that your order will be correct.“

Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“Got here at noon and there were a ton of students but the staff was killing it… about a five minute wait. And everything was cooked perfectly and they added some extra sauces and ketchup. Good thing because the Gubhub kiosk crashed after telling us there were too many condiments on the order. Three blew its mind lol The staff must know this is an issue or something. Kudos!“

“They have great Service, The employers are very fast. The employee that was helping me was Bradley he was nice and made sure I had everything in my bag and my food was fresh, and they gave me all my sauce. Definitely my favorite KFC to go to!“

“We stopped for dinner last Wednesday or Thursday and WOW were we in for a treat!!! The best part started with the lady working drive through, wish I had gotten her name, she was the absolute sweetest lady happy and laughing with me made great food suggestions and helped me get our meal!! At the window I got to meet this wonderful beautiful lady, could not have been any better than her!!! She gathered our food herself and put the meal together, she said she had to drop fresh fries and would I pull up for a moment! Well that's what it was maybe 2 minutes and she came out smiling and apologized I told her absolutely no worries we had started eating chicken nuggets, then I told her she had the best personality for this job I had ever come across she was excellent!! I got to see a huge smile!!! If all service workers could learn from her, she's the best in her job I've ever seen but that's not everything, not only were the fries extremely fresh and wonderful, the entire meal was like it was just cooked, so fresh and wonderful delicious and tasty!!! Some of the dipping sauce she suggested I had never had but I tried them, WOW were they awesome!!! I'm going back if nothing else to get her name but not only is the service outstanding so is the food!¡!! Way to go KFC you made our day!!!!!“
