Not very pleased! Service was very slow waited over 30 min before getting seated restaurant was not full at all. My wife and I Ordered the Bacon, Chicken quesadilla and there was hardly anything on the inside and the outside of them both were burnt. Great management and very clean.

I take reviews quite seriously. I dont typically attempt establishments under 4.3 stars. I know negative reviews can topple the overall stars, so for my family, I went into Chili's with a more open mind. The hosts weren't unfriendly. I was a host for many years in Downtown Knoxville so I dont blame them for their dull looks. The server on the other hand, Charlie, was extremely friendly and easy-going.
