“There was an issue tonight. They stay pretty busy with to go orders so I’m sure the kitchen gets backed up but they give pretty unreasonable. estimation as to when food is ready and I know that so I gave them plenty of time. They told me 20 minutes so I waited 30 minutes before I left the house and then when I got there, they said there was a pick up station in the back. The two hostesses were otherwise unoccupied. The bar was empty. I walked to the very back where I saw poor door dash drivers waiting and loosing valuable time while being ignored. I stood at the empty pick up station in the far rear next to the emergency exit and looked towards all the staff that was standing around at the front. Finally, after an additional ten minutes of waiting the same hostess who told me to go to the back of the bus came and asked me if I had been helped lol. No, you sent me back here and saw me sitting there with my hands in my pocket. She asked my name and and said my food wasn’t ready. When I frustrated stated that it had already been 40 minutes she held her hand up like a teacher to stop my 40 year old mouth like an insolent child. Finally, an adult showed up and They just asked me for my name and I gave them my last name but they had it under my first name, but the person working at the desk assumed I was a rideshare driver so they treated me like they do all rideshare drivers delivery people which is very disrespectfully. However, unlike most Places nowadays, they had I an an adult in charge who came in, took over and fixed it and made everything right. That’s how stores are supposed to be run and the food is always fantastic so no reason not to give it all the stars. Don’t let a couple bad apples, spoil a whole bunch. The food was fantastic so hats off to BOH and Management for saving the day. But get your FOH in line.“

“Idk what yal put in the szechuan tofu bc I've never had it before but it's AMAZING I will be back and it cost us less than 30 dollars for 2 meals at dinner time, im genuinely so thankful to have found a nice spot close to home. Also been here twice now and both times it was different front desk staff first an older man and then a younger woman and both of them were EXTREMELY nice and personable aswell as quick. “We found this restaurant as we were passing through. We went inside to order and the staff was very nice. We had a hibachi plate and two sushi rolls. The Surf and Turf roll was Ah-may-zing! So very tasty! My son got the Sunshine roll and it was very good, as well. The portions were very generous and everything was so good. The owner brought my food out to the car so that I wouldn't have to go back and forth in the cold. We will definitely be back!“

“I started going to plum tree when I was 9 years old I am now 43 we moved to Knoxville for a short while and I never would eat anything but pizza and burgers and what not we decided to go here same spot same owners. I fell in love and for the next few years we were regulars now fast forward to now same building same people and the food is still just as great and I went maybe 15 years before I ever returned because we moved back to Morristown. My kids now once a month ask when we're going back. Thank you to the owners for maintaining such awesome food and now you have became a favorite to 3 generations of my family. “if you were looking for some great Chinese food - this is the place. The food selection was vast. The restaurant was clean (to include the restroom). The staff was efficient and courteous. While dining at Osaka I don't think I ever saw the bottom of my glass. This is definitely a Five-star experience.“

“I'm very thankful to have this Panda Express in Powell so I don't have to drive across town. The food is always fresh and the service is great. The drive thru is fast and accurate and the dine in service is excellent as well. They greet as soon as you when you walk in. The last couple times I've dined in, my food was prepped by Ciarra and she's an absolute sweetheart!“
