Sadly, this Chop House experience was far from the past 6 great experiences. The server we had was clearly not listening to my requests or was not concerned and concentrating on other things. A fair experience nonetheless. Wise up on the foh (front of house) training.
I have a dairy allergy and informed them of it when I placed my order. My order came out with a dipping sauce that is cream based. I would expect a restaurant of this caliber to not send anything on my plate that was not safe for me to eat. I understand some cross contamination might happen but this shouldn't have happen I ask the girl that delivered my food if it had dairy she said she didn't know and I told her to go ask the chef she didn't come back and acted...
Our waiter Darrin, was the best waiter we have had in some time anywhere! He was attentive to our needs and kept checking on us, as appropriate. Even kept us up to date on the University of Tennessee v University of Arkansas baseball game!
