Today's Buddha bowl was delicious! Will be back soon to try another. So happy I found this place as I am in cancer treatment and a new follower of plant based diet, on my journey back to good health.

Fast, healthy, plant-based, local. fresh and delicious. What more could you ask for? Oh, and hands down the best hummus I've ever had. Ever.

Best yoga studio in Knoxville hands down. They are well established, offer a wide range of real yoga classes and have brought some great workshops to the area. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I found Cook to Be Well while searching out golden milk in Knoxville, and I'm so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem! I had the cauliflower scramble with the BEST sweet potatoes I've ever had, and the chickpea salad... so good! This will definitely be a weekly lunch spot for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for delicious clean food!

The best!!! Everything tastes amazing!! Sometimes, even if I cant make a yoga class at GB, I still go by to grab food from Cook To Be Well. You can tell by her food that she puts her heart into everything she makes.

This food is changing my life. Ready access to freshly prepared, plant-based food hits so many needs on my list: convenient, nutritious, and DELICIOUS. I have loved everything I have tried, and because I am in the studio often, that is most everything Jenna has made! Further, Jenna is warm and generous hearted, with an admirable knowledge for nutrition and flavor. Supporting her business means supporting an independent business woman, and new approaches to food and what it means to be fed in Knoxville.

I recently got a massage from Shelagh Leutwiler and it was AHHHMAZING. I have probably had 20 full body massages on my life and have never once had the massage therapist sit down with me prior to starting and actually ask me about my life, the reason I am there, areas I want to focus on, etc. Normally, they look at the questionnaire, ask a few questions, and carry on. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I felt 1000x better afterwards and she even went through some techniques I could try to alleviate my tension and some suggestions that might help relax me. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a great massage to visit her! On a side note-the studio as a whole was super cute, clean, and relaxing. I can't wait to try a yoga class there!

Amazing energy in this place. I took a power flow class with Jessica B and it was great! Really excited to get back to the place and try some of the food they make. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. I will definitely be going back!

I've been to multiple classes at The Glowing Body. Over a year ago, Judson's Beginner Class was just what I needed to get started again with the basics and a comfortable transition for my mind and body's flexibility. Allison has a great 6:30 morning flow that will leave you feeling positive and energized for the rest of the day. I've enjoyed a massage from Meryl there as well. Highly recommend all classes and services in this beautiful space!

In town for two days of business meetings and found this gem of a studio while web surfing pre-trip. Visited the studio both days. Jen C's ropes class was a total treat, as was Allison's morning class. Highly recommended. Drop-ins warmly welcomed. I always enjoy trying new studios when on the road and this one ranks up with my favourites. Check it out if in Knoxville.

I was visiting TN on vacation and really wanted to get in a yoga class, so found The Glowing Body and noticed they offer some karma classes...what a nice touch! The class was fantastic...great instructor, great students and a relaxing space to practice yoga. The staff was extremely welcoming and I even picked up a lavendar and mint eye pillow too - bonus!

I regularly take a "karma" class at the Glowing Body, which is a class without a set price. You show up and pay what you can. The studio itself is always clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. The studio offers several styles of classes, though I now take a hot power yoga class exclusively. I highly recommend this studio, both for the variety of classes offered as well as for the knowledgeable instructors. The atmosphere of the studio is everything you can ask for.

I'm from CA, and decided to check out the Yoga classes at The Glowing Body, while in TN. This studio is a mixed space, offering massage and art as well. First, the studio was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff at the front desk was cordial. Most importantly though, the classes were wonderful and the instructors were experienced and just lovely to work with! I took two classes, 1) Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa On The Go, with Allison and 2) Yoga Lift, with Philip I have to say that I have been doing Yoga on/off for ten years, run, and do power-lifting, thus live a fairly active lifestyle. So I found both classes to support my lifestyle and over all wellness. I really appreciate the 'adjustments' during the class, to help me achieve proper posture and enhance my practice. I also enjoyed the pace of each class, granted each was entirely different. The first class, with Allison I would recommend to beginning to advanced Yogis and the class with Philip is a very nice, challenging experience, as it combines Yoga with kettle balls. The strengthening synergy of lifting weights and Yoga in a heated room will have you sweating within minutes! I would not recommend this class who has not had much experience lifting weights. Further it is energetically demanding and thus, stamina is key. Perhaps more experienced/athletic individuals would enjoy this class. It appears as a myriad of styles is offered by this studio, and I'm excited to try a few other classes. I also appreciate that both a.m., afternoon, and p.m. sessions are offered. Further, I felt the pricing was flexible and appropriate. Classes ranged from $5-$15, and considering a movie (or a glass of wine/whiskey) costs about $10 these days, an hour+ of professional services (and benefiting your health) is worth it! I didn't try the class cards, but this might offer a better deal for locals. Overall, I found the studio very pleasing; the rooms accommodate small-medium class size which seemed appropriate for the group present. The rooms have nice, clean floors and skylights, which brought a warm light to the space. Further, the instructors were experienced and made the classes quite enjoyable. I am saddened to be going back to CA, and await visiting this studio again!
