Jacks Reviews
I’ve been to Jacks probably about 3 times and every time I get the Cardamom Latte. The environment is incredible with friendly workers. The thing that truly makes this place different though is the gluten free availability and the flea market style. Definitely recommend to anyone.
This spot was such a pleasant surprise compared to all of the awful coffee I've been subjected to in Gatlinburg. Stopped by on a day trip to Knoxville and ordered the iced cardamom latte w oat milk and it was perfect. They use the same coffee as one of my fave spots in my hometown, so it tasted familiar. The barista was also super sweet! ʚїɞ
Super cute! Plants everywhere with plenty of space. We got the avocado toast with the Bannana latte. The toast was WAY bigger than expected and the latte was amazing. Def would recommend.

Jacks is a charming coffee shop in Knoxville, known for its high-quality coffee and drinks. The Latte is made from fresh, quality beans, brewed using a renowned La Marzocco espresso machine. Although the shop offers only one size (12 ounces), the wait time can be up to 20 minutes, especially on busy weekends. Jacks also sells a variety of locally crafted goods, plants—including indoor plant staples like neem oil—and tasty pastries. The seasonal menu has many delicious options that impress customers, such as the standout apple spice fog. The shop provides a designated children's area and free parking, but seating is limited, which may be an issue during peak hours. The environment is friendly and inviting, with staff members who are charismatic and helpful, making each visit special. Both baristas are kind, and the unique flea market style and gluten-free options add to the charm, making it a favorite spot for many. Visitors appreciate the clean space, as well as the gifts and plants for sale, and look forward to returning to try more seasonal offerings.
