Great coffee produced from one of the industry's most highly regarded espresso machines which is a La Marzocco. The Latte was clearly made from fresh quality beans. Unfortunately the offering was only one size which was 12 ounces. And it took just under 20 minutes to get four cups of coffee on a fairly busy Saturday morning. It was worth the wait but a wait nonetheless.

I have yet to find a better coffee and work spot in Knoxville. This is a wildly cool place to check out, meet some friends, or hang out in all day long. Plenty of power strips, spots to sit, beautiful shaded patio, and tasty pastries. The drinks and service are also awesome! Don’t forget to tip your server :)Parking: Free parking lot, and more spots around the corner if they’re full

No made to order food! Their website says that they have yummy looking toasts on their menu, however they do not as their kitchen is permanently closed. We came in for hot morning drinks and breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign at the counter that said the kitchen is permanently closed. The sign also said that they were out of chai. I ordered a different hot tea, the barista took my order and money, and then told me that they didn't have that tea either. My friend ordered coffee and a scone, and the scone was not fully cooked.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options. They website is not accurate.

A small cortado with oat milk and an almond croissant warmed me up after Saturday morning run. Really enjoy the plants.

Such a cute find in Knoxville. Jacks serves quality coffee and sells a variety of locally handcrafted goods as well as plants. The kombucha options here are also very good. The shop offers parking directly outside and on the side streets near the cafe. They even provide a room for children with various toys and books. The only downside is the lack of seating. There are probably a total of 10 seats, so it is possible you won’t be able to work from this shop during peak hours.

I come in every weekend and I love this place! I drive from Maryville every Saturday with my daughter. I get the same coffee and the goat cheese toastie. Today I got the goat cheese toastie on the wrong bread and instead of white cheddar it had yellow cheddar! The bread it came on I couldn't eat because it had a huge thick very hard crust. When I asked about the difference in the cheese and bread it was served on the girl at the counter informed me they were out of the cheese and bread it's suppose to normally have. As a small business or any business I would have informed the customer beforehand and checked to make sure it was okay before making the sandwich. I paid 10$ for a sandwich and couldnt eat it. I actually broke a bracket on my braces due to the hard thick crust, which means a trip to the orthodontist! :( I was very upset because when she informed me after I got the sandwich that they were out of the items it's normally made with, she didn't offer to do anything at all to make it right. I was having a bad day and this really upset me. I would have been much happier if she at least offered to make it right especially after we spent almost 40$ on two sandwiches and coffees. The small details are what matter when it comes to great customer service!

Super cute coffee shop. I stopped by on a road trip to get some work done and got a table and outlet easily. Parking is good too. The baristas are nice and even made me a mix of two drinks that sounded good. I think having to pay $1.25 extra for plant milk is too high but otherwise no complaints! I would come back if I'm the area again. Also love the beautiful plants.

Cute but the croissants were dry as the Sahara dessert.

This place is so beautiful inside! I love all the plants and the wide selection of local goods. There's plenty of seating and the atmosphere is very airy and inviting. I got a chai tea here and it was good, but I will say the price was a little steep for the amount you get. So bear that in mind before going. Overall, a great coffee spot!
