We took our nephew and daughter to get purple drink and some cookies. We all loved the vibe. To our surprise they had cookies for dogs. Our pup loved his pumpkin treat. We all loved our cookies. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a cookie store to make your mouth water. They have just recently opened in Knoxville near West Town Mall (in the same strip mall as Firebirds). They have huge cookies over an inch thick and about as big as a burger in diameter. They have a wide range of flavors and most cookies are about $5.00 each, with discounts for quantities. I had the chocolate chip cookie, and it was delicious. When I went, there was not a line, but when I first noticed they were open the line wrapped down one side of the building. The service was excellent and they greeted me politely and asked me to be sure and come back. This is the place to fulfill your sweet tooth cravings. Stop at Cookie Plug anytime you are in the area of West Town Mall. Follow me on Yelp for places to eat, and fun things to see and do in Knoxville and East Tennessee.

I wanted to love this place so much!! The fb page seemed like such an awesome place. When we walked in it was a weird welcome in, I was expecting a very exciting place and I didn’t get that vibe at all. The cookies we got were hard, my daughter was so excited for the bottle purple drink, they only had a foam cup no straws and she said it wasn’t good. (The staff also didn’t explain the difference in the purple drinks) We kinda felt rushed to pick out and get out.

I don't care what you call these cookies, these cookies are delicious! The place looks like a lot of fun just to hang out in but I took my seven cookies and headed home. Oh wait I mean six cookies, that's it, 6 cookies at least that's what the family thinks.Every flavor is delicious, although the price is steep, they are worth every penny. Just make sure you have some kind of debit or credit card on you because for safety reasons this place doesn't accept cash, which is okay by me because I don't like cash.If you haven't done so yet, head on down to the cookie plug and try one, (or 4) for yourself.

Great cookies and welcoming atmosphere! I love that they have an option for everyone. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the Keto options. Even our pug approved on their human grade doggy treats. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool vibe & delicious cookies.

Went in to get a fun and different flavor cookie, which is what they are known for and all they had were choc chip. If you arent going to have your full menu available then maybe you should not open. They weren't going to have other options until 145 PM. I just paid $6+ dollars for one cookie thet tasted like it was days old and it was hard. I could have made them myself with store Bought that would have been way better.... It really just looked like they stacked 2 cookies on top of each other, nothing ohhh, ahhh!

They knocked it out of the park. We went at Grand Opening! There was a line literally around the block waiting for these amazing cookies. Usually, I lack the patience to stand in line for a long period of time but I couldn’t wait to support this business. The staff and owners were working their tails off to provide quality and efficient service. They came through the line providing samples to all the patient customers waiting as well as handed out cookie plug swag. You can tell when a business owner understands the importance of customer experience and quality product. Cookie Plug is about to be a household name in Knoxville, TN. I wonder what will happen to those other places when the word gets out because this place is going to make some noise for the long haul.
The staff and service were awesome! Really great vibe. Unfortunately, not a lot of taste/flavor in the cookies, especially the strawberry and snickerdoodle. Tasted undercooked and bland. Disappointed in the quality versus the pricey cost.

Went in today to see the new place and loved the vibe and the guy that took care of me was super helpful and friendly. Love the energy. And the cookies were amazing!!! I got a variety and a keto and doggie cookies and all were a hit. I will be going back.
