The food and service was very good when this location opened. Since then both have gone downhill. Our visit is probably our time going. Our orders were wrong and we waited almost 15 minutes for the tortillas come after the fajitas sat and got cold. What makes it worse the place was empty.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience tonight at Country Burrito Mexican grill. The Arroz con Pollo and Steak Chimichanga came out hot and delicious. The best part of our meal was the Cheesecake Chimichanga it was absolutely delicious and the ice cream took it over the top. Our server Ana was attentive and made us feel at home. Great food, generous portions, and fair prices. Highly recommended.

The food here was good and similar to may other restaurants of its kind. The biggest flaw here is the seating. The tables are so, so close together. When we arrived the tables on either side of us were empty, but shortly after one table was occupied. They were ao close to us we felt we couldn't really even talk because the other party was automatically part of our conversation. Definitely request a booth if you'd like to have some space.

We came in after traveling all day. Wanted a quick bite before heading home. The place was not busy at all. We ended up leaving after 45 min of waiting. The server never checked on food. After 45 mins he said he would check. Then came back and said they would start getting it for us. Terrible service.

So disappointed today, Sat May 23rd, as the chips must be from a new supplier - NOT NEARLY AS THICK AND CRISP. The new chips would break apart so easily. The best Mexican Guacamole in Knoxville. It is SO delicious.

The owner and employees at this establishment are AMAZING people! I needed help with a problem that was in the parking lot away from THEIR area. The host said he would check around to see so I left my number. I received a call back the next day with information. That is service to the community not just their business. I will always support Country Burrito.
