Food has really gone downhill. You can complain if you want, upper management already knows and don't waste your time, as I did with sending in a message to customer service, that's where detailed stories go to die.

The wall next to where we sat with lattice work on it was disgusting. Filthy woukd food on it and the mirror behind lattice was filthy. I noticed hinges so it could have been opened and cleaned! I walked away from my seat and my flip flops stuck to the floor from maple syrup all over the floor under neath me.

I'm not usually one to write a review, but I picked up lunch for myself and a co-worker today and there were some definite issues. The green beans were half full and lacked the usual tasty flavor, my hamburger steak was over cooked, my "loaded" baked potato didn't have the butter and sour cream packed in the order and when I got 2/3s of the way through eating it.......I found a piece of a dark hair in the cheese.

Linda our server was awesome. We had 12 people at two different tables. She took care of all of us.The food was ok. Mediocre at best. No flavor. steak tips were over cooked basically chewy and tough. Def won’t get those with my breakfast again.Billy at the Host stand was awesome and took care of all of us and made us feel very welcome. The lady with him not as much but was still friendly.

Worst breakfast food we have had. This is the last time that we will give this place our business. The server was triple sat! Not her fault. She brings out coffee with no creamer and drinks with no straws. We ordered the loaded hash brown casserole tots!!! Omg the worst thing ever. They looked nothing like the picture. They throw big burnt bacon strips on top and just cold cheese. It was supposed to be melted! Sent those back! All of our breakfast entrees were bad. I got the new fresh berry French toast bake, and it was so dry and over cooked on the bread that I could barely chew it. It tastes like cardboard. Worst breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time.

Waitress was not very good. If you order coffee you should get a spoon. I hate to get my coffee, need to ask for a spoon, wait 10 minutes to bring it back coffee is cold. Had to ask for additional butter 3 times.Wheelchair accessibility: The two topper tables are really too small for two people. With all the stuff you place on your tables lamp, sale toppers, drinks, food, silverware, bread it is just two crowded. I will refuse one of these tables the next time.
