Came here on 04-28-2024. Waited for at least 15min for a hostess to even come to the stand then after we got sat down we waited another 25min before a waitress even came to see what we wanted to drink by that time we already knew what we wanted so we went ahead and ordered then we had to wait another 40min to get our food and when it came out all the sides were cold but we had waited an hour and 30 min by that point so we just dealt with it cause the meat was actually warm…… worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel!!! Manager didn’t even apologize or offer a discount for the long wait….. do yourself a favor and go to the one on Merchants Drive or the West Knoxville location this one is terrible….. I hate writing reviews but after the experience I had here I had to let others know not to waste their time ….

Cracker Barrel needs to fix their hiring system. To wait 45 minutes when there were tons of tables available but you had no servers! This wasn't the 1st time this was an issue, but it will be our last time waiting.

I had a party of 4. We got there at 8 and we didn’t get a server until 8:30. They close at 9. We didn’t get our food until after 9. There were people yelling at each other in the back. We had no refills and very cold food. No silverware. We had to get up and ask for several things.Tried this Cracker Barrel multiple times but I won’t be going back.

Been sitting here an hour since we ordered. Waitress has been by once to fill coffee, people who have come in after us have gotten their food, no explanation, we ordered pancakes, and a grandpas country fried breakfast. AN HOUR? There were 15 people total sitting down when we ordered. I’m at a loss. This CB is just getting worse and worse.

I don't know if they don't have enough personal, but the place was dirty, we waited around 50 min. To get our food, which was bad, the steak was over cooked, the country fried steak didn't taste good, I been in other locations and is obviously better than this one.

We are so disappointed in Cracker Barrel. The food is horrible. We were weekly guests at Cracker Barrel but for the last 6 months or more it is not a place we want to eat anymore. We only went yesterday because we had received a gift card because a different visit in which we never got our food and had to leave with it in a take out bag. I don’t think k we will be back. The server was very nice and helpful but the food is awful. ?Kid-friendliness: I chose this because it wouldn’t let me post without selecting something We didn’t have any kids with us
