Three last trips, each one problematic. App and website often glitchy, promise rewards but links and codes dont work. Twice they just forgot to give us our order. Today we ordered curbside and watched four people go in and leave with orders before I went In and they pulled them from the counter where they had been sitting. Warm cookies were cold. I need to remember to never tip before service for this reason. They were standing around talking. Why offer curbside if it’s not going to be brought out? Cookies are great but not worth the piss poor service and price.

My 1st cookie experience was the lemon cupcake cookie. I loved it so much that I turned about a dozen people on to it! I truly wish they would make it a staple like the chocolate chip cookie
