Well we really couldn't have had a worst experience in terms of customer service. The workers here make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience. We walked in and stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence. When she finally did she said deadpan 'did you order online?' and proceeded to treat us like we were stupid for walking in and trying to order. Sorry we hadn't been here before so we didn't know to order ahead. So disappointing.

My only suggestion would be to stick with the cookies and leave out the pies, cakes, and brownies, but they seem to be popular. 🤷
