My 1st cookie experience was the lemon cupcake cookie. I loved it so much that I turned about a dozen people on to it! I truly wish they would make it a staple like the chocolate chip cookie
The cookies were great like always but they looked like they were thrown in the box and the box was covered in icing. When we were given the cookies the young lady had an attitude. I understand if your having a bad day but it's your job to make sure you have great customer service. All I'm saying is that I was disappointed in the presentation of the cookies and the service that was given.
We love going to Crumbl to get the wonderful tasting cookies! I love how the cookies change each week but also would like to get other favorites as well and have to wait until they come out again! The service is usually good! Thank you
