What a perfectly wonderful visit. I invited my mom, aunties, and cousins for a coffee & crafting morning and we had such a great time. The service was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. The coffee and chai teas were exceptional and the room was perfect for our group. We we definitely do this again - Thank you!!

I usually love going to this coffee shop because the staff is so pleasant to be around, the flowers and coffee are great. Yesterday we stopped by the drive thru and a young brunette woman was extremly unpleasant, so we just told her to have a good day and left. Everytime I've had an interaction with this person it has been negative. Otherwise a great place!

The best coffee and matcha drinks. Not too sweet, you can actually taste the coffee and matcha! Now they just need a rewards program because it’s the only place I consistently go:)

This is a fantastic coffee shop and their drinks are always really well balanced and delicious. I've always enjoyed their service and I send all of my local Airbnb guests here for their first Knoxville coffee shop experience.

Today though, it took a couple of minutes for anyone to greet me even though there was no one else in line and no one in the Drive-Thru. I heard quite a bit about one of the baristas upcoming move to Chicago while just standing there on my own. Both counters where you order and where you pick up were both covered in coffee grounds and spilled drinks and looked crazy but all three employees were just chatting. I never aim to leave a negative review, but I'm hoping that the owner can make sure that the high standards to which I've come to expect out of Cultivate continue to be upheld!

I stopped in without calling ahead & had an arrangement made within just a few minutes. Tizzie was very helpful and prompt. My GF loved the arrangement! Thanks again for the prompt service and the beautiful bouquet!

This place is clean and very beautiful.
However DO NOT GO on a Saturday.
Took 46 minutes to get 1 drink, 2 muffins and a bagel.
Great place, not enough people working.
It was no fault of the employees, it’s a lack of personnel.

Came here for the first time today to get some work done and it was perfect! The staff were so friendly and smiling, and my maple cold brew was very good! Overall, a great spot for coffee and computer work
