Ordered online for delivery. Was supposed to arrive at 823 pm. Called to find out where is was at 850 only to be told no driver and would be at least another hour. Ummmmm NO! Went to pick it up, made them take the delivery fee off and won't be back. Ridiculous. Then act like it's my fault.

Had not been to this Domino’s in quite some time so I ordered a late night pizza for dinner using the app for the first time pluses used an app coupon. Got a medium Parmesan stuffed crust pizza with pepperonis and onions plus 2 marinara dipping cups. Added a little ground black pepper and some Kinder’s butter onion seasoning. Oh my goodness! Tasted amazing! I highly recommend! Leftovers will be great in the air fryer.

My father died today. His favorite pizza was a dominos two topping with jalapeño and pineapple. I ordered a pizza in his name, to celebrate, not mourn but celebrate. They gave me a pizza, no toppings just sauce. With a distinct smell of fart. This establishment sucks. My dad didn’t die for this.

Ordered pizza at 6:30 on a Friday. We get it, call volume is higher. The tracker said the driver was only 2 minutes away for over an hour. We called at the 2 hour mark and the 2.5 hour mark. Guy on the phones had to talk to the manager. They settled on delivering a cold 2-1/2 or 3 hour old pizza. I disputed the charge on my credit card.

Ordered pizza through the app at 6:42 and waited 2.5 hours for it to arrive. I called up there to ask what was going on. I was told they were sorry, they would see where the delivery driver was, and once I got my pizza “problem solved.” It’s ridiculous that it took 2.5 hours to get my order to me especially when it was “being delivered” for 1.5 hours of that time.

Iv waited 2 hours for delivery only for them to mark it as delivered and not actually deliver it too me. I redeemed my points for this and got ripped off. Still have not gotten an answer from any employee there

It seems trivial, but I may not be the only one. Someone added $1.00 EXTRA to their tip from my order last night (2/13) from the Millertown pike location. I guess 10% wasn't good enough so they needed to STEAL more. I will only pay in cash going forward. If you can't be honest, you won't be trusted.

We ordered 3 Pizzas last night. They were exactly what we ordered and timing was precise and pizzas tasted wonderful. Always get good service here and staff are always friendly and polite. I always order off of the app and use coupons. Rewards are offered with a points counter. They are in a convenient location close to many surrounding neighborhoods.
Always ready and great! The current Staff knows how to do it.

I ordered 2 basic items from this Domino's online around 6 pm this evening and was quoted approximately 34-49 minutes for my order. My food arrived cold around 7:30 pm and I'm about 3 miles away from the location. I called to talk to someone and they kept me on hold for 8 minutes and then just hung up. NOT impressed.

I work here. Sometimes it's really hard because a lot of deliveries come in at once and it's not very many of us that can bring them, but we try really hard. Become as fast as we can as safely as we Ken. Let me try to help all of our customers get their food hot & correct We're hoping that our customers. Will see that we're working very hard. I understand that there's only a few of us if we can't get to the phone we're very sorry. It means that we're making the food for someone or we're getting it. Out of the oven for someone and boxing it up. Or we're getting our deliveries ready, but no, that I customers are number one priority to our team .Thank you!

Order # 1210 If I could give a review with negative stars I would. I placed my order at 8:14pm and my driver did not leave the store until 9:46pm, and then to beat it all my order was not delivered to me until 10:31pm. So after waiting 2 hours and 17 minutes for my order guess what? My pizza and wings are both cold. Hands down worst experience from any pizza place in town.
