3 hours into waiting for our order still not here… 30+min wait time on the phone waiting to talk to someone
The manager at this location 3615 Sutherland Ave Knoxville, TN 37919 is a total douche bag. Up charged my order $17 by ordering over the phone instead of online. Then when I went in and said something he told me I should of just ordered online and got attitude. Then freaked out and just voided my whole order.
