I live in Sequoyah Hills. The Sutherland location is closed. University Commons says they cannot deliver to our address. They are almost exactly the same distance. I guess they no longer want my business.

I feel like they can't keep help (they are ALWAYS short handed) and now they're trying to opt out of promo obligations and slow down business because they don't want to pay to have the store run properly.

You guys seriously need to get a pickup-window alert system like a bell or something. Y’all used to have one and then for some reason y’all took it away so now I’m having to pull up and sit there and wait for someone to notice I’m there or knock on the window. Like are y’all seriously this incompetent?! Judging from the all the bad reviews on this place, I’m not surprised .

Leaving this review as I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. When we ordered we were quoted 19 minutes for delivery. Our pizza came out of the oven per the app an hour and 20 minutes ago. No one will answer the phone at the store. We can’t complain directly to dominos corporate. Obviously we don’t want a 2 hour old pizza. This store should be closed permanently. 2 pizzas for over $40 is INSANE and then to never be able to get them or even reach a human…even more insane.

Horrible. Driver said he knocked on my door for 5 minutes which was a bold face lie. When I called the store they said he was going to come back to drop off my food which he never did. Their night staff is not working or doing their job. Just sitting around and being lazy. Extremely unsatisfied. Hope you enjoy my free pizza!!!!!!

I ordered delivery. It took over an hour and a half for my order to arrive and the pizza was missing the sausage I ordered, it was barely warm, and the tater tots were half the size of previous orders. When I tried to call the store they never picked up the phone. Absolutely horrible experience.

I ordered 15 pizzas at 11 am to feed 50 people for a party. Paid in full and received confirmation of pick up at 6 pm. Arrived at the store and the employee told me he hadn’t made any of the pizzas. He said there’s no way he could make that many but don’t worry because he voided the order and refunded my money. I asked why I wasn’t told about that so I could find pizza somewhere else to feed 50 people waiting on me. He didn’t know—he had my phone number—but offered no apologies and said the manager had made the decision to cancel the order and not tell me. He assured me saying but it’s no problem because he was refunding my order so don’t worry about it. If you want to completely waste your time order pizza from this location and expect to get what you ordered. They’re rude, unapologetic and I’ll never darken the doorstep here again.

This store is consistently terrible. Considering it's the only store that delivers to my address, they have failed to deliver my order three times now. I set on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my order then drove down to the store while still waiting online, walk in and the phone is ringing but the guy there is sitting out back smoking. I told him I needed my order canceled it's been prepping for an hour and 5 minutes at this point and he says yeah our delivery guy is slow, then proceeds to tell me they didn't have a delivery guy so like I told him why allow people to place delivery if you can't delivery and the very least he could have done is called everyone who placed a delivery order to give them an option to cancel or pick up instead he just wants to not answer the phone and sit outside smoking. This store needs to be closed permanently. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible customer service!! I ordered a New York style pizza & had it delivered . They delivered a large regular cheese which looked & tasted like mozzarella & cheddar pizza which was $14.99. I went to return the pizza they offered to remake it ..cool . Got the 2nd pizza & again a regular cheese pizza just mozzarella . I returned the pizza a 2nd time which now is 2 trips I made & didn't even want to get out which was the whole purpose of delivery . I asked were they out of provolone & Nicholas the MANAGER which also delivered the pizza, tells me it's provolone on there I told him I know the difference in cheese & provolone has a pull to the cheese . He then told me thay he was not going to remake my pizza & said I will just give you a damn refund then threw the pizza as it hit the floor. I remained calm & told him I understand you're short staffed & it was game day so I know he is stressed but I don't appreciate you talking to me this way & I WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!! JUST HORRIBLE !!!!!

I’m not sure why they decided to make the driver named Nick a manager. He is extremely rude to the customers and the staff, I over hear him all the time freaking out on people there. This store needs some serious help and different people. Plus, any time I need a pizza delivered there is always a random passenger in the car with the driver? This store is ran by kids who do not care about a thing.

Came in and of course there’s only one person I waited 10 minutes the guy passed by and didn’t bother to take my order mind u he wasn’t doing anything nor making any pizza he’s just walked to the back of the store and never came back . DONT NOT COME TO THIS DOMINOS ‼️ just shut the place down and never open again if nobody is gonna do their work
