I put an order in I sat and watched they delivery man take an messed up rout to my house I seen the delivery persons bubble next to my house. I got ready for the kids at the table and found a movie as soon as I looked again they cancelled my order and when I called to see what was wrong no one picked up the phone I let it go for about 40 minutes. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. The drivers name was Nicholas.

This was legitimately the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. I’ve ordered dominos from different locations a bunch, just moved here and this was a literal piece of burnt cardboard for $30. I also couldn’t get my free pizza on the app to work no matter what, the phone order didn’t go through but charged me and I had to jump through hoops to speak to a human who could not figure out if I had ordered or not. Do NOT order from this location.

Said hour delivery. an hour and 40 mins later called to ask if we still wanted them to.mske our order said it would be another hour. Canceled order never irder from therr again didnt offer reduced price or free for bad service . Whjch is what we expected. Terribly unprofessional !!!!

You can't ever get a hot meal delivered,, the guy that delivers the pizza is that same guy that cuts your pizza and never washes his hands, I seen this with my own 2 eyes,,, always under staffed and food taste horrible,, bad enough this location is the only one I can order from living in my area.. but what do you expect for the employees that only make 12 dollars an hour,,, yall need to pay more and hire more or lock the doors cause this place sucks

The food was fine but the service was deplorable. We ordered delivery and it took almost two hours for the food to arrive and it was cold. They paused it on quality check for so long. When we called them they lied about the ETA. And then when we called them again they didn't answer.

First off my son ordered pizza for delivery then he gets a call that they had nobody to bring it at the time then I go to get it because he is sick and they didn't even have it started on yet finally they brought it out to me but the food was good just need more help

Do not order delivery from this location. Apparently, they only have 1 delivery driver on a Friday night, and they don't bother to call you to let you know. I placed my order at 5:45 pm and was quoted 12-27 minutes for delivery. The order was delivered at 8:15 pm. The food was ready for delivery at 6:02 pm and didn't leave the store until 7:25 pm. If it's going to take a while to deliver the food, a phone call to let the customer know would be great and don't make the food until closer to it being sent out for delivery.

Ordered almost two hours ago and still not delivered. Pay your employees better so you’re not so understaffed the business goes to trash. Like seriously, everyone who works there deserves a raise but you need more people period. The only way to make that happen is raise what you’re paying existing employees and potential

This is the Worst place!! Close it down! Every time I order it’s wrong! Don’t try calling, the phone rings, rings, rings! ?Spent almost $40 got the cheesy bread. It was rewarmed, and hard. Wings chewy like rubber. I request Parmesan got barbecue. A worker named Tonya got smart, disrespectful , rude, and arguing with me on the phone. I was ready to go kick her a(& ??? Never ordering from them again!! ??? Not going keep wasting my money!!! Wish I could a minus ⭐️

I would give this location a 0 if i could. Ordered two pizzas and stuffed garlic bread for delivery at 10 pm. I did not receieve my order until after 1 am, after it had sat in "quality check" since 10:30. After an hour and a half of waiting since placing our order, we tried to call the store to ask for an update. It took 5+ times of calling for anyone to answer the phone, and once they did, we were greeted with rudness and no apologies. The lady on the phone just said "yeah our driver is running behind tonight". 3 HOURS behind??? Just for the cherry on top, once it was finally delivered hours later, one of the pizzas was missing a topping and we didn't even get our stuffed garlic bread. Literally go to any other pizza place. I can guarantee it will be a better experience than this disaster.

Had a delivery scheduled for 7:15p. Was in "quality check" at 6:58p on the app. No delivery at 7:40p, so I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Drove down there, because it's 6 minutes away, to save them the trip. Pizzas weren't even made yet. The phones were on silent. Manager was extremely argumentative and cussing at myself and other patrons with the same issue. The manager told a patron the reason the customer service is poor is because we (the patrons) are making it poor by complaining. The situation escalated, so I left without pizzas. What is going on at this store?
