Me and my boyfriend got a takeaway order. We got home and started eating and everything was good, I got the chicken tacos. I ate 3 out of 4 of my tortillas before noticing there was mold on the last one. I've gone here before but I probably won't again. I usually don't like mold on my food.

I'm sorry but I can't honestly rate this place legit. I've never got to eat here due to it always booming. It's always a wait time but by the reviews their food looks amazing and always has good reviews. Hopefully someday I'll get the chance to try it out myself.

Came back 4 months later, food, service, environment all good. Had a pleasant time.We sat at table 41 11:32am, server: Emily S , it was near the bar. Emily was quick to take our order but that's it. If we could leave a negative tip we would. She got our drinks, brought the food, never saw her again, she just stood behind the bar trying to look busy. The guy in the red shirt , we assume was the manger got our refills and checked up on us. Emily walked by the table a few times , never stopped to check if we needed anything. Completely horrible Service, she only came behind the bar when red sweater,hoodie, was around, if he wasn't in the area she was nowhere to be found.Food was great, I got the nicks club and tots, was tasty, spouse got mini cheese burgers and tots ,and pretzels and cheese for a starter, all very good. smashburgers and sushi is an interesting combination, but it seems to be working. perhaps the large beer selection helps. My fries were cold, but the burger was good. we tried the cheddar and the mushroom swiss. we also had the salmon.

Walked in and was seat yourself so we sat in the bar area. We waited 10 minutes not one waiter or bartender made eye contact or came to our table. I saw 2 or 3 waiters standing in the seating area. It was around 9pm on a Monday night, not busy at all. We got up and left.

Food was so greasy ordered a sandwich and bread was supposed to be toasted. It was burnt. The manager came and made it again. Fries were cold. The manager made it again, but I was tired of waiting for food. I did thank the manager for trying to make it right. Had it boxed up.

Great late lunch, had steak and chicken wings. Everything was awesome. Our server was awesome
Just went there for the first time with my wife and son. Followed the directions to seat yourself. Sat there for 10 minutes with NO one coming to our table, even though several bar tenders and a manager just stood around behind the bar. A couple came in and sat at a table near us and immediately a server came to their table. I got up to tell him we had been waiting and he just replied that we were at a different servers else's table and he couldn't wait on us. Left and will not be back.

Trash experience. Rude host and rude server. Taylor literally couldn't care less, it seemed. Come eat here if you want to get checked on 2 times, get zero refills and have your order wrong and cold. Don't ask to sit outside on a beautiful sunny day cause they will make your experience terrible, apparently.

Server was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️ She was really out top of our experience. Timely refills, checking in on food quality A+.⭐️Ordered Quesadilla, after asking where’s my sour cream? I’m told “we are out”. Drakes is located in same shopping center as Food City supermarket so I suggested please tell your manager there is no excuse for this when a supermarket is :60 seconds away. No sour cream on a Quesadilla is simply a waste of my money. Extremely poor management at this location. Very disappointed.
