Hidden gem of Knoxville. I’ve only gotten food to go but everything has always been excellent. My new favorite is the chicken in brown sauce. Sizeable portions, fair pricing, and delicious. Why have a so-so meal downtown when you can have an amazing experience at Dulcie’s?
Random stop as my wife and I were running errands. Absolutely delicious on all fronts and everyone was very friendly. The only drawback is that they only have Coke and water to drink. Didn’t matter to me. Beef patties took me back to my days as a kid in NY. Highly recommend.
