Food is consistently good at the times I'm there (Sunday & Wednesday evenings). Service is always polite, although they seem understaffed at times, causing a delay in being noticed. We always do dine-in, so I can't speak to drive-thru service.
Arby's is a great way to break the burger rut. They have a large volume of items on the menu, a good assortments of drink options. Drive thru, carry-out, or eat in all available choices. Restrooms clean and maintained. The food is good, worth mentioning. I have not experienced anything other than kindness when visiting. I recommend Arby's.

Went through drive thru the service was slow. It didn't look busy inside nor in the drive through. The little girl at the window just kept apologising for the slow service. I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. The food was hot and fresh. I would have been up set if I had to wait then I got cold food. I got good hot food so I gave them good marks. The little girl being upset that the wait was so long made me more endeering toward comming back.
