Great service
Caramel frappe are delicious.
On Tuesday, July 21, at 4:45 pm, I ordered an ice cream that was only filled a third of the cup. I mentioned that this was unusual and not how it was previously. The cashier responded rudely, argued, and refused to fill it normally.

Recently, it has undergone remodeling, removing self-serve drinks to create more space for employees and reduce costs, which has disappointed some customers. Several reviews mention issues with order accuracy, with items often left out or not of good quality. There have also been complaints about rude employees, lack of condiments and napkins, and poor customer service, including problems with the kiosk and concerns about credit card security.
