How does this place stay in business? An employee was yelling at me because there was no printer receipt paper and the cashier did not give me an order number. I regretted going in the store to order, but there was no one at the drive-thru for over six minutes. When I finally got my order, it was missing tomatoes on the sandwich. When I brought it to their attention, the woman went back to the kitchen, came out 20 seconds later and said they ran out. There are more than 200 restaurants to go too in Knoxville, this is not one of them. Do yourself and family a favor and avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.

Ordered on the app and had to wait 20+ minutes only to find out that they had to suddenly “close.” No refund, no warning, cars wrapped around the building. The evening shift at this McDonald’s has always been awful but this is a new level of awful. I’ll just go to the Chapman or Millertown locations. This franchisee needs to get their locations under control

The manager looked high, and there were other customers waiting. Some had issues (weren't given their entire meal or drinks, had been waiting a long while for their order, etc)
