Ordered ahead for a pick up order thru drive thru. Arrived 2 minute just as i git the msg my order was ready. Went thru drive thru and sat behind a single car for 8 minutes before they left. Then sat at the windows my self for 6 more minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! The guy was super nice when he did but I think 14 min at a drive thru for a called in order is excessive!
