I always forget how much of a pain this location is to deal with. I ordered online for in store pickup and it said my stuff should be done between 6:10-6:15. I got there just before 6:10 and they are turning people away at the door saying they are drive-thru only. I wouldn't mind if the drive thru wasn't wrapped around the building or if the cars moved more than 1 every 10 minutes or so. I finally ended up getting my single order of the cheesy crazy puffs or whatever they are called closer to 7:15. Had I not already paid for them and the app not said they were in the oven at 5:55 with no updates until I'd already left, I would have just gone elsewhere or canceled my order.I'm writing this in hopes that I see it next time I think about swinging by to grab a pizza "real quick".

As of today, the entire crew just ignored all 3 of us, even the door dash guy!! ??♂️We stood for 8 minutes until 1 guy came to the front to get something!! He was the manager tonight!!??♂️ The 3rd customer who came after me actually went behind the counter to place order but spoke little English & didn't understand. Plus the ones I saw had no hair protection, OR gloves, wiped sweat, noses, ect., WHILE PREPPING FOOD!!I came to pick up online order but decided to cancel. Since I was 2nd,it took a total of 27 mins just for this ??♂️Parking: VERY small parking lotKid-friendliness: The location is in a "less desirable" location with ALL the less desirable activity. What’s the point of ordering ahead to pickup in the portal if the inside is locked, so then you have to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru for your pizza that should’ve been done 20 minutes ago? This is the worst location in Knoxville. They need to do better.
