This past week Dunkin on Champman Hwy has had NO ONE to open the store! I can understand once maybe twice but 3 and 4 times? Can someone PLEASE open the store on time?

If you’re looking for a cold cup of coffee served with an attitude, then this is the place. The men’s restroom was also out of service with no alternate solution other than using a neighboring business’ restroom. Very disappointed and displeased with the staff and the conditions of this establishment.

This is not our usual DD stop. Most of the time we have a wonderful experience. AVOID this one! My coffee was old and cold. So you better ask if the coffee is fresh. Better yet, you should ask the store manager if the coffee is fresh. The fluffy haired kid in the drive-thru window seemed to be on another planet. He couldn’t figure out how to swipe our Dunkin’ card which always has a generous balance on it. As soon as I saw him I got the willies- what ever happened to wearing hair nets?!?!? Huge turn off.

Walked in to this location. One girl just leaned up against the counter on her.phone. didn't even look up or acknowledge we were their. Just kept on. The 2nd girl who took our order made us wait while she finished slowly wiping down and spraying the cooler down. Her customer service was degrading and rude. The girl on the cell phone was on her cell phone the whole time. Then one of our drinks were wrong. I am a daily dunkin customer this was very disappointing. Will not be back.

I love this Dunkin , The employees here are amazing. I usually just get a latte but today I got a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and hashbrowns And it was amazing, I’ll be getting Food here a lot more often !

This location is slow and the workers are very rude..I have been cheated out of money so much..I do mobile orders and get to the window and they were out of caramel...I had paid for my drinks and canceled one of my drinks and was not reimbursed..There is a rude girl who I assume is a manager who is going to run off customers....Very sorry and rude service at this location...
Worst dunkin ever, terrible customer service. more concerned about being correct than solving customer issues. assistant manager is incompetent and has terrible customer service skills

Lately the wait time to get a drink or go through the drive through is over 20 minutes- which is so ridiculous it’s laughable. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead or go inside. Whoever is managing this location is not staffing correctly or just totally mismanaged when it comes to logistics.
