Great DD..the person who served us was Courtney and she was amazing. Really that day was rough for me and I was just needing a cup of coffee and some comfort food. Her smile and upbeat disposition got me right on track. I was so grateful for the pleasant and professional connection over a coffee and donut. Perfect coffee Perfect donut..thank Dunkin...UPDATE Second trip, super busy but excellent service Courtney waited on us again..funny that, good stores keep good help. I will say that Saturday mornings are very busy but they handled the traffic extremely well..thanks

Donuts are good, I'd suggest the chocolate creme ones. The coffee (at least the mocha latte) is better than Starbucks (imo)
I am at this location once a week every week and have been for over a year. This location is consistently and considerably nasty......plain and simple. I'm not Karen but the level of cleanliness at this location are ridiculous.....I cannot believe the the health department has not dinged this place. Clean it up folks!!!

This location hasn’t given me any trouble in the past, but today I waited an hour for 2 drinks and never even received them. The cashier was short and rude when I asked for an update on my order after waiting half an hour and they told me that it was busy and that it should be ready soon, but that they could not even confirm if they received my mobile order. Another 30 minutes goes by and I still don’t have my drinks so I request to cancel my order and receive a refund. Once again, I am told that they cannot help me or process refunds at the store nor cancel my order and I would have to get in touch with Dunkin customer service in order to do so. Poor service and conflict resolution.

Terrible service, they don’t have anything available at ANY time. On top of everything the lady who was at the cashier was literally yawning in my face(it’s 1pm), and anything I said she just automatically said it was unavailable. Never coming back to ANY Dunkin’. Don’t waste your time, if I could give them less than once star I would.

I waited inside for 2 sausage egg cheese bagel sandwiches over a half hour. Watching the 2 men preparing the sandwiches in back visiting with each other more than working to get the ordered out. After arriving home I find NO SAUSAGE on either sandwich . Attention appearance lacking completely

If I could leave zero stars I would, it doesn’t matter if there is no line, you will sit for over 10 minutes. You will be greeted with the absolute worst customer service. Pls take the extra few mins and go to any other dunkin available.

My order is always fresh and fast! The employees are nice as well!
The food is the typical Dunkin' experience, but the wait times can be (and often are) egregious. I have waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins at least five times. To be fair, this is when I came in during typically busier hours, like 9am-ish, but you would think a coffee shop when be prepared to handle the usual morning rush. I would probably avoid coming here in the morning unless you have some time to kill.

11am on a Sunday, rush, I suppose. Drive thru was wrapped around the parking lot so we went in, Lobby was packed. Though they were moving walk in traffic fairly quickly, pre-order movement was where the line came to a halt. The donuts were ALL dry and seemed less than fresh made/delivered. We had 5 different kinds and every one was stale. I used to love Dunkin, but I've been disappointed lately, even ones off the interstate when we travel.
