Two Sundays recently that drive thru took so long getting orders I had to leave - one order every 8 or so minutes is ridiculous 9am.. location used to be solid but is going downhill.

Have just stopped at this Dunkin. Twice this week, first time mobile order took 15 minutes before they got my order today.There was no one in line. Still enfed up standing there still 15 minutes paid no attention to me standing there and acted as if I didn't even order anything very sad. No customer service for this location. I stop all the time and I'm about to have to quit.

The only reason for 2 stars is that they have run out of chocolate munchkins for a month straight on Sundays. Management truly does not understand Supply and Demand business model. For me, it's very disappointing that a business doesn't pay attention to trends and the needs of the customer. And what's even worst, I called three other Dunkins, and they wouldn't answer the phone! Businesses have lost touch with REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This is a pretty sad Dunkin location. The wait was over 15 minutes in the drive through, the donut tasted like it was made in 1915, it was so stale and old I donated it to the Smithsonian.The hashbrowns were burnt with fire and ice. They tasted like they were freezer burnt. Finally, my pancake wrap - not sure what animal the “bacon” came from but I would imagine it was a creature from one of the cloverfield movies.The bottled Pepsi was good though.
There was mold in the lemon loaf we got at the drive through. When we went into the store to show the employee working they apologized profusely and gave us a new loaf. I understand it wasn't her fault but it was still very gross.

This Dunkin is a mile away from where I live, so it's convenient for me. Most of the time I have no problem getting my drinks or food in a timely manner after ordering ahead, but sometimes I have to wait for 10 to 15 mins (I don't really mind that much). They seem to have a very busy drive thru when I go, so I get it. The last few times I went they were very nice and pleasant, even when being busy and trying to get lots of orders done. Thank you for being a good Dunkin.
If I could give less than a star, I would. On multiple occasions, my wife has went to Dunkin with food and drink mobile orders. She has had to leave various items to arrive to work on time, despite ordering 20-30 minutes ahead of time. Today, we placed a mobile order at 10:43. We waited until 11:25 and had not received our items. When we asked for help, they said, "They were working on it." We never received the items and asked for a refund. When told to use the app, it tried to offer 500 points to make up for the issue. Very ridiculous.
