It's not hard to keep a drive through running smoothly. Even with minimal amount of people working. When multiple people are leaving the drive through line at a time. Reevaluate your methods. I shouldn't be waiting at the speaker box for five minutes. Get some experience hired to teach

Drive thru order was not fulfilled.Was told id have to come back for a refund on item not in bag.Very inconvenient to not have your order correct.Sandwich I did receive was awful and bread was hard.They definitely need some attention to details at this location.

Was given wrong change after paying cash so I just put it in the tip jar. 95cents, super simple (3 quarters and two dimes) and was given just 9 dimes even tho there was clearly quarters in the drawer :( the education system around here has failed us

I went in a few days ago to order a drink and once I turned around the guy that took my order which I assume is the manager turned to one of the other employees and started mocking the way I look and making fun of me. This is an awful way to treat paying customers that you don’t know, I would not recommend ever going to this location as long as he is working there. I later on asked one of the employees what his name is and his name is Josh, the manager of the store.

I usually walk-in and take out because everyone is friendly and service is quick!
They also have wi-fi and wireless chargers inside for guests to use, and the bathrooms are clean, which is always a good sign.
Furthermore, they treat our Corgi with a pup cup that she devours as soon as it reaches her snout!
