The price thru attendant had a fantastic personality and our coffee was fresh and hot.

Called to ask for assistance with canceling an order that I accidentally made on the app. Girl just told me she didn’t know how to help me call the customer service number on the app. I asked if she had the number she said no I don’t. It’s on the app. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all.
Mariza was extremely rude. She was joking about how she was going to get drunk when she got home from work. Then, she snapped at me when I reminded her that I had a coffee with my order. I tipped 20% because I felt bad ordering a dozen donuts right when they opened, and I was struggling with my card at first.

Do not go here. Markel was who helped us at the window and so disrespectful the entire time, she forgot our food and then was rude when I told her we were missing sandwiches. Horrible horrible experience, she should be fired!

This place sucks. I once ordered a small coffee through the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get ready. The young lady apologized and said it was because they were short staffed. Coincidentally, I was looking for a job so I applied online and scheduled with the manager a time and day. But when I came in I found out the manager canceled literally 2 hrs before the interview without rescheduling, or letting me know. This place is horrible but it’s not the staffs fault. It’s clear they’re trying the best they can. It’s totally the managers fault, and I would avoid this place if you could.

I place door dash orders from this location regularly as well as pickup orders. I’ve had issues with all of my orders this past week not having straws in the presealed bags. I called to talk to a manager about the orders and trying to resolve the problem and he got very snappy, rude, and hung up on me. I don’t know what is going on with this location but the quality is to the point that I won’t be returning

Prices change between menu board and window...be cautious. I went to Dunkin yesterday morning, and ordered a 25 pack of donut holes. The price on the menu said $6.50, but when I got to the window, the person told me it would be $9 and change. I told her that the menu says $6.50, and she shrugged and said the price changed overnight. I don't know how many others they've cheated by telling them one price but charging another, but be cautious!

The gentlemen working the mobile and window orders was great. Hustling and being kind are hard things to find in the customer service buisness. This dunkin is very lucky to have this man working for them.

Customer service here needs some work. This is the only DD that has my fave donuts, and it’s not on the app so I can’t order ahead. I go in, open the door for an older couple who order ahead of me, but before they can do that we waited 5 minutes while they did a ton of drive thru orders and the drive thru employee just stood there yawning while the other two ran around working really hard. Then after the couple ordered I had to wait while an employee made 5 drinks for the drive thru, despite saying all I wanted was donuts (aka super quick).It’s pretty messed up when you prioritize people who are too lazy to get out of their car over people who actually came in. I think they must’ve done 10 drive thru orders in the time it took to do 2 inside. They said they were understaffed which sucks but I also think there needed to be a shift in priorities and more creative thinking, like the drive thru employee doing next to nothing could’ve taken orders at the cash register, perhaps! Just really really slow service, and very defensive employees who didn’t care.If you come here go through the drive thru, it’ll be a lot quicker!!!

Don’t go to this Dunkin if you want donuts! Arrived at 7:30am on Monday, May 20th to pick up 2 dozen donuts for my daughter’s school party, and they couldn’t sell me any donuts bc they would run out!!! Ridiculous!
