We waited literally at the speaker for 5 minutes and at the window for 5 minutes all in all we waited 10 minutes total and running late to work to be told that we can’t even get our coffee because they can’t break a $100 bill at 6:45 in the morning when they open at 5 am!!

Customer service is dead, and this Dunkin is a prime example! It has been lacking the past few times we've been here, but it's officially dead today. We walked in, and the guy behind the counter stared at us, then paced behind the counter for a few minutes doing nothing but pacing before finally asking if there was anything he could get us. We asked for our order, and he proceeded to get us the wrong thing, TWICE. No apologies. No "I'll make that right. " Nothing. Just a blank stare. Now, he's talking with a friend on his cell phone while other customers are waiting to be served. Do better, kid, and do better Dunkin!

Like I said before....I'm a Dunkin fan. I actually map out the trip to Dunkin prior to heading to the games, so I make sure I get my coffee and donut munchkins for the team!!!
Great taste and great service!! Surprisingly some of the donuts were in a heart shape!! Which was a pretty cool surprise!!

Probably the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked all sorts of restaurants when I grew up and I would’ve gotten fired immediately acting the way those fools were running things. Neither of them greeted any of the customers and instead stood at the terminals ignoring us for minutes until they walked by at one point saying they would be with us shortly. Then the other guy behind the counter just looks at me after a minute like he’s been waiting on me for an hour once’s he’s ready to help. Between the two of them they had a combined IQ of 50 tops, and managed to give me a large iced coffee when I wanted a small hot one. I gave up and walked out, tried a sip and threw it in the trash. The donuts were garbage too.

It would be amazing for a place known for donut and coffee the actually have donuts 3 hrs before they close . I have no problem with the attitude or professionalism of the staff but this is the 4th time ive gone in at least 2 hrs or more before close and they dont have any selection and last time I got home I was convinced they were from the day before . Really disappointing bc Ive gone to dunkin for a while but for now on its just overall better for me just to go next door to weigels
This Dunken prioritizes drive thru and take out to the point they provide terrible service to walk in customers. Nobody is dedicated to working the counter so they ignore walk in customers.

I had a very great experience with their management this morning, her name was Allie. I would definitely recommend this location over several others I have been to.
