I don't know why but this location has a different vibe from others I visited. Staff are not as friendly and energetic. Don't conversate and act like they're miserable. Most of the time I get to the window and have to hear about the gossip going around the staff. Apparently they all like to go and get drunk after work and leave the young ones to run the place on their own. Idk....just saying what I've heard. Last time I ordered my large mocha freeze, they gave it to me in a kids hot drink cup and told me it was a medium, since they were out of larges. Had to go somewhere else to verify they lied and have them remake it. Drink is usually right any other time. Only go here when I have to when working on the area.

Employees are all unbelievably friendly. Drinks are outstanding. The only complaint is that it takes FOREVERRRRRR to get your order.
Staff is super friendly and drinks are good but the wait is always terrible, 4th time at this location and no matter if there are a few cars or a lot the wait is very long. I sat in line for 40 today to get one drink. Very unfortunate

Really good service! There was a man there that suggested a different drink after I had asked for what was probably the most typical drink there ? after having a really long stressful day it made my day! I didn't get their names but him and his other coworker were so nice!
