We ate there after graduation and the food was amazing...so of course we've ordered twice since then. amazing fish, great Cuban sandwich and staff is so welcoming and friendly.
I love the fish & chips dinner. The fish is the best I've had here in Knoxville. I'm from metro Detoit area where restaurants serve a variety of fish from the Great Lakes. I'm not a catfish fan.
The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere can be boisterous at times (in a happy way, people enjoying a family meal). I've never been disappointed with the food, the atmosphere or the staff.
Fabulous little southern style restaurant near the UT campus. Fried white fish filets were delivered to the table pronto and everything was piping hot. The Cole slaw was amayonaising! Just like I like it! Our server was the bomb! Perfect personality and charm and our Valentines date was a night to remember because of Matty. When you go to Emma's Southern Kitchen be sure to ask for the server who looks like Buddy Holly!
