Place saved my life today. Called day of my wife’s birthday and needed a dairy free cake because our new born has a dairy allergy. Usually a super difficult task I thought but wasn’t a problem and we absolutely loved our cake and not to mention our dairy free cupcakes I also acquired. Definitely use you again. !!

It was definitely this store located on middlebrook near Burger King. I came in town and went to that location. I was honestly just going to deal with it. And not say anything until google photos reminded me of the incident, and I felt it important to provide feedback. It could be under an abbreviated name, but I'm sure I could find payment in my account to you as a vendor. I'd be happy to speak to someone about the matter.

A picture is worth a 1000 words and this photo says it all. I was left scrambling the night before her party trying to fix the cake on the rigjt. I can not believe this place made this cake and charged me full price. I was in shock and just focused on how I could fix it. I will never go to this place again.

I ordered a cake, cake pops, pretzels and cookies for a graduation party. I was very specific in the colors I wanted and sent pictures. Paid the $ 146 deposit with the rest due when picked up. The day before the event was told the cookies were not going to be possible due to a car accident which I understood and was given a credit for those. When we went to pick up the cake pops and pretzels were the wrong color. I asked for orange and black and they were silver and gold. The cake was not correct either luckily the lady working was able to fix the cake. The women working said the owner would be reaching out to me and apologized for it being incorrect. Now I understand that things happen and mistakes happen but it did send us into a panic to find cookies at the last minute and we were upset that the cake pops and pretzels were the wrong colors all together. It was written on the sheet with instructions on what we wanted and colors. We have still not heard from the owner it’s just disappointing that we have not heard anything especially since this place came highly recommended.
