Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My favorite restaurant since moving to TN 2 yrs ago. Food selection and combo flavors are creative and taste amazing.

Recommended dishes: Creme Brulée Cheesecake, Aged Ribeye Steak with Baked Potato, Sandwich, Wood Grilled Salmon with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli, Cilantro-Grilled Chicken with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Topped with Onion Rings

I went to Firebirds for dinner. The service was great. I had Kelsey as a waiter and she thought of everything prior to me asking. While my chicken and sausage pasta was pretty good tonight (the noodles were a bit overcooked), the manager and Kelsey did a great job. I would definitely eat there again.

We had a table for 4 last night. I was so excited that they had reservations available the night of so started off good. Our service was pretty bad. It took like 30 mins to get our first cocktail, we were done with our app before it got to us. The lemon drop martini was not good at all! I had to flag down our server to even place our order for dinner! The food was really good 5 stars we had surf and turf, and filets. My husband said his lobster tail was cold but ate it anyway! The summer parm fries are literally their steak fries with shredded parm on top…wouldn’t recommend. Overall it was a good meal but the service was terrible. I would go back because you could get another server and the experience could be completely different

It took a little while to get the entrees but the food was delicious and the service was good.

Worst service ever. bartenders didn’t know what they were doing. Weird vibe. No one could figure out how to work TVs so I could watch the World Cup. Food would be delivered to other patrons at the bar and neither bartender knew where it went. One Bartender kept her sunglasses on the whole time. I left and couldn’t even try the food because the service is so bad.

We always enjoy going to Firebirds. They have great appetizers and the steaks have been really good! The service has always been wonderful!

It was awesome and the cook Jordan was really helpful and the waiter was great but didn’t catch her name but it was extremely expensive

This was pur second visit to Firebirds. The first was flawless, a couple years ago. Tonight the hostess seemed fairly confused, but eventually got us seated. The waiter was great. I had the sea bass and it was delicious. My wife's ribs weren't great. Regardless, it's a nice restaurant with mostly very good food and we will go back again.

Firebirds has been our go-to restaurant since they opened here. We always had wonderful food & service. However, the last couple of visits have been a little “off” with the food.
Father’s Day dinner was disappointing. Over-cooked steak and a couple of entrees were lukewarm like they had been sitting out.
Having worked in the restaurant industry, an off night is to be expected every now and then. Hoping this is the case and not a trend downward.

Gracie found a way to get our party of ten together on Father’s Day! Our server was also very accommodating. I had made two reservations for two different times because it was last minute and that was the only way I could do it since they were so busy for Father’s Day. When we arrived Gracie made a way for us to all be together. The food was excellent and Rylie took great care of us! Thank you for making our day special!

Ok. 2nd time there after the 1st was a pleasant experience.... I reserved a table for 845... Upon walking in the restaurant was dead... with only a few tables, including ours. Our waiter was great... But the Ribeye was lack luster and and my garlic mashed came out ice cold... The wife ordered Steak frittes and she said it had no flavor. It felt like they were on there way to closing up when we ordered... The 2 steaks being up in temps didn't have that nice charr like it should on the fire grill. I did get something to replace my side but by the time it came out, I was done eating. I'm not one to complain...but here I am.

Firebird Wood Fired Grill was all around wonderful. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was exceptional, and everything we ate was delicious. There were four in our group and we sat in a 4 person booth comfortably. I personally had their Salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Also, the custard cheesecake is a must have. I can't wait to go back!
