Food and service were excellent from the apps and drinks to the entrees. Highly recommend!

Great service but multiple issues with my food order being correct. Clearly there are issues in the kitchen. In the past few visits I've had undercooked ribs and items missing from my dish.

People in our party were celebrating several special occasions and mentioned them when making our reservation online. Very disappointed that none of them were mentioned or acknowledged when we dined.

Always a fun night with delicious food and great service! Maggie was our server & she did a great job for our large group.

The upscale atmosphere suggested a pleasant dining experience. Had a better steak dinner across the street at Texas Roadhouse for a significantly smaller amount. Service was a plus and there were no peanut shells on the floor.

Great food and excellent service by Kelsey. We really appreciated the manager stopping by the table to see how things were. So nice to know that our experience mattered.

Service was great. Deviled eggs were great, but meals were average and both my wife and I got sick once we got home. Shouldn't have to pay over $100 for average. Both ordered seasonal specials so you'd think they would special, but they weren't. Again, service was great, but this is my 3rd trip and it's never been worth the price.

Stopped in for lunch. Had a great experience just sitting at the bar.

Just a lil pricey nothing crazy but I've gotten similar stuff just as good for cheaper downtown still great though.

Firebirds is one of our favorite go-to places for a consistently great steak.

Have eaten at this Firebirds before and it was satisfactory...tonight the steak salad was inedible because of the very overcooked meat, after having ordered medium rare. Instead of making things right, I was credited $10 off the bill for an inedible meal that was around $25. I doubt I will return. The restaurant was not busy, so things have obviously deteriorated from when I had dined there before.

Solid American fare in a nice atmosphere with some creative twists on standard dishes. Great service, too. Definitely worth checking out…
Only missing a star because the lighting at night can be harsh at certain tables and you shouldn’t have to ask not to be set down at an interrogation table lol
Update: still amazing food but lately have been sitting at the bar which is a great option when they’re very busy and there is a wait for a table. The bar menu is really good and a great value.
Have not been at night since my original post so I cannot speak to if they have adjusted the lighting or not. The bar staff is top-notch. Love this place!

Our food was great. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and I had the half rack of barbecue ribs. Look forward to going there again on another future date night.

I usually love Firebirds but I ordered a 7 oz filet and it was awful. It looked like a scrape piece left over. It was very fatty and tiny. I was only able to get a couple of good bites. It's was not a true filet and a good cut of meat. My son ordered a 9 oz filet and his look great. Big difference between his steak and mine. I was very disappointed and will think twice about going back. My son's girlfriend's steak was over cooked. No one came around to ask how our steaks were. Too much money for disappointing food.

I made reservations for a business dinner with a client in Knoxville. I want to say I couldn't be more impressed with the management, to the wait staff, to the food! The mgr. called me ahead of time to understand the occasion & confirm the reservations. He met me @ the door w/ a firm handshake & nice smile, welcoming myself & my business customer. He proceeded to check us on 2-3 times throughout the evening. The waitress was knowledgeable, polite & aware of conversations at the table - to not interrupt. She was spot on & I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone - all 10 of us ordered something different & everyone was talking about how good their food was, along w/ the few drinks from the bar. I'll be back again!
