Great food, great ambiance and exceptional service. Couldnt have been better. 2nd time. Here and it still impresses. I do t know why more folks aren't talking about this place.
We really wanted this to be our new go-to for a steak dinner. The atmosphere was wonderful. We set out on the patio/sunroom. The windows were open, and a nice breeze made it more enjoyable. Very nice. The server was exceptional. I believe the 12oz. ribeye I order was actually larger. My wifes serlion was also larger than expected. Both were unbelievably tender and juicy, but....there was absolutely no taste. No seasoning whatsoever. We were so disappointed. If you like the wood fired taste without seasoning, then this is up your alley. Sadly, we won't be back.

We had a birthday lunch at Firebirds. The food was great, and our server Kelsey was phenomenal. She boxed up all our leftovers, labeled and dated each box, and served us a complimentary dessert. Excellent service!

Dined inside Firebirds many times and enjoyed thoroughly. For a change called in an order for pickup tonight and turned in to be a big mistake. I ordered steak tenderloin salad. Salad was good but there wasn’t any of it. Looked like a medium size dinner salad. Probably five dollars of ingredients at best for a $24.00 salad. I won’t ever make this mistake again. Pitiful, just pitiful.

First impressions is important with any business... Hostess was not the best. Aside from people who had reservations, she told every walk-in that there is an hour and a half wait. Honestly, there was only a handful of people waiting and plenty of tables open. She was snarky with some guests who did have reservations. They seem very annoyed. A lot of dirty tables throughout the night. Maybe no bussers?? Server was fine, but he offered us bread and then never brought any so we had to ask for it. he was very fast with his service which we didn't appreciate as it was date night. Food was excellent though.

I started visiting Firebird's for their meat loaf and they took that off the menu, so I started ordering the Cilantro Chicken and now it's part of a 3-course meal, and I don't need that much food, so last night was a very good burger. I've been very critical of the service at this Firebird's over the years, but we had Jaycie last night and she did an excellent job. One of the mangers even stopped by our table and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. My wife loves their Salmon salad, and she said it was good as always. With the menu changes, I'm not sure how many visits to Firebird's is in our future. I might try one of the pasta dishes.

First off let me say the service was actually really good in the atmosphere was nice but the food Is a completely different story. First I ordered the New York strip and I have to say I was highly disappointed. It was pretty much flavorless, and had quite a bit of char on it which usually I like, but in this case, it was very poorly cooked. I was kind of shocked for the price that I received a steak this bad. Second before we had gotten there, we had looked at pictures of their food, and my wife had picked out the Seared tuna salad. When the waiter dropped off her salad, the first thing I said is where is the rest of it. It came in this enormous bowl that according to the pictures looked pretty good. What she got was this little tiny pile of salad with a few pieces of tuna. Literally half of the bowl was empty. Again for the price I was expecting it to look like the picture and what came to my wife was not even half of what the picture was. All in all, we were both very disappointed in the food. I can literally get a better steak at Texas roadhouse for half of the price and my wife who does not generally eat a lot has never left a restaurant and said that she still hungry because her portion was so tiny. Needless to say we will not be going back because for $120 I expected so much more than what we got.

Firebirds Wood Fire Grill has the best overall fine dining experience on this planet.My youngest son and I enjoyed an amazing wood Fired grill steak entree with delicious sides.The service was above and beyond high quality.Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has the best carrot cake and dessert menu

The service, the food, and the overall experience at Firebirds Knoxville was exceptional. My husband's steak was prepared exactly how he likes it and flavorful! And to top it off with the brownie for dessert was an exclamation mark of a good dinner.
