Don’t know how you managed to give me a lukewarm sandwich when you’re known for making steamed subs - but my husband went to get us sandwiches and when he got back my sandwich was not hot in any capacity. In fact, my bread was cold and the meat was lukewarm at best. We live barely 15 minutes from this location so it was not the drive time that did this.

This store forgets part of the order every time whenever my wife and I order off of the app and they refuse to refund or make it right. The food we do get is good, but horrible service.

Terrible value. Have always loved the taste of Firehouse (especially Cpt Sorensen’s sauce). However, the value isn’t there anymore. Five times now I’ve spent $45 for myself and two boys and left hungry. Portions are atrocious, even if you add extras to the sub (pickles, olives, etc). Will not be back - ever.

Firehouse is hands down my favorite sub chain. They do cost a little more than subway for example, but the quality of ingredients and richness of flavor is far superior and worth the extra cost. My go too is the steak and cheese, but they have a sandwich for everyone's particular taste.
