We were made to feel welcome every time we went. Service and food were excellent. Metro was recommended to us by friends and they were not wrong. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.
The food was delicious (fried chicken with waffle) and Felicity our server was very helpful with suggestions since this was our first visit. Definitely would recommend and look forward to returning.
We went here for the first time about a week ago. For ALMOST all things (except for one) I recommend the diner. Our waitress was new and had someone showing her the ropes. They were both amazing. The food came pretty quick and honestly it was very good.
My one complaint…..but it’s a pretty big one. It was FREEZING in there. So cold we almost left. One of the workers had to go get her jacket and was standing in the sunshine shivering when we left. Ridiculously cold. I get...read full review

The service is described as spectacular, excellent, friendly, attentive, fast, efficient, and personable, with staff always ensuring guests have everything they need.
The food is prepared with excellence and is better than expected. Specific standout dishes include the Chicken & Waffles, called the best fried chicken in a long time, the Apple Cinnamon Pancake, and breakfast entries like the meat lovers omelette. The menu is huge with so much on there. The atmosphere is great and cozy and inviting, though the interior can seem pretty bleak and not that well lit or colorful. Despite often being packed, the turnaround time for seating is remarkably fast. The overall experience is highly recommended, making it a first choice for breakfast and a place customers will definitely return to.
