Customer service was not friendly or courteous food was okay More lettuce on there than there was meat especially for a $16 price tag for a submarine sandwich what I can go get the same thing and make it at home a lot cheaper and a lot better needless to say there's not impressed not recommend and probably will not return ever again.

Customer service here is pretty bad. I called in my order 15 minutes in advance.. Once I arrived, I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich, but they never called my name.. The staff was just casually talking to one another and never asked me if I needed assistance. Finally, I walked over and pointed to a sandwich that was sitting there since I arrived.. and asked is that mine? Of course, it was.. A staff member said "my bad".

Furthermore, my sandwich was missing cheese, which I paid extra for..

I recommend going to a different location, where the staff members know what they are doing. This location is consistently disappointing.

Worst restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered. Quite literally. These staff act like they didn’t graduate elementary school. I have details but I’ll spare them.

Terribly slow.Order placed 1154, didn't pick up sandwich until 1230. When asked why was told 3 new employees, only 5 were working. Got home, and the sandwich was off. The meat wasn't warm like it normally has been.

UPDATED 10/20/24: still absolutely painfully slow with service!!!@ ordered at 11:49 per receipt and food was ready at 12:16. If you are in a hurry. Go somewhere else!!. They also got the order wrong!. Worst firehouse I have ever been to.

Previous review in 2022: Review is for service only not the food. Food is good. Best subs in my opinion. Problem here is, it is extremely slow service. I ordered food at 12:46 per my receipt and didn't receive my sub until 1:07. That is ridiculous. I only saw 1 person making sandwiches and he kept calling out food for online and call in orders, and those people were not there. What about the people that ordered in store and are waiting. Maybe they should have more people actually making the subs and have dedicate people making subs for people waiting and separate people making orders for online/call in. Just my 2 cents.

My sandwich took 30 minutes to make. And the quality was sub par.

There is a handsome, wise, helpful young man named Dante who works at this location & he is THE BEES KNEES. He is the keeper of the lost chips. He is THE BEST & made our visit so much better. #givedantearaise
