This is just a warning for those who decide to eat here. Found out from a co-worker who ate here a couple of days ago, and he got violently ill with food poisoning. He said he ate some sort of steak dinner with the pork egg rolls.

Absolutely phenomenal dinner!!! It’s hibachi food but quick and without all the fuss. Got the chicken/steak combo and it’s PLENTY of food and so fresh and delicious! We’re in from out of town and staying nearby. It was definitely a hit! We’d come back here a thousand times if we lived close! The salad is also YUM!
Bad decision to give this place a try . Spend a good amount of money for 3 orders. The food was not good! They give you a pile of rice and throw mushy carrots on top . with very little of the actual meat or seafood. The broccoli looked old and not fresh. .The scallops had no flavor at all. I will say the shrimp was decent but that doesn’t matter when you find a long hair in your food!! Might want to go elsewhere until they improve. This is not it!

Even though it was remodeled recently still seemed not clean. The food was just OK. You order at the counter and then your server delivers your food and keeps your drink filled. I got hibachi steak and chicken. Comes with a salad.

We love going to Fuji for their teryaki chicken. Huge portions for the decent price. Service is always top notch. They're friendly and remember me from years ago. This is the only place we go eat Japanese in the whole Knoxville area. Excellent food and service makes the trip worthwhile every single time.

Whenever I come to Knoxville to see my mother-in-law, Fuji Japanese Grill is a staple. She loves the food. Everything is always delicious. The portion sizes are enough for 2-3 meals for me. The staff is always friendly and appreciative.
