Fuji Japanese Grill offers a great, relaxed dining experience in Knoxville. The ordering process is unique, you order at the counter, but a server comes to your table to handle your drinks. Every hibachi entree comes with a fresh salad, and the food quality is consistently high. Plus, the prices are very reasonable compared to other spots lately. Highly recommended for a casual meal!

The employees are very nice and attentive. Prices and food are average. They do give you a lot of food.
We originally went to one of the Japanese steak houses in the area first. 2 people an hour wait. When we started to wait I looked around on line and saw this place . I thought ok. Its half the price and no wait. We will check it out...well its fabulous! The food and service were both Excellent!!! 5 stars! Great job! Very impressed!
