I had the salmon and it's by far the worst I've ever had. You can make it better at home. The mash potatoes tasted like the came from a packet. I expect alittle more for a place like this. Way over priced for the quality of food they serve. The salmon was definitely not fresh, it was cooked from frozen. The presentesntation was also unappetizing. Nice staff but good luck getting any service waited over 20 min just for a drink with a small crowd

They need to update their website menu. It said they had pizza on the menu, but when we arrived to order a few pizzas and beer, they told us they do not offer pizza. This is not a kid friendly restaurant, more for an adult on vacation.

Gibbys is not a hotel restaurant. They are a restaurant in a hotel. Tina was our server and she was fantastic. They made my wife's burger exactly as she wanted it. I had buffalo wings and Mac and cheese. The buffalo wings were good, not great. It could have been an off night. But the mac and cheese was off the hook. We also had a few drinks and tried the YeeHaw Kolsch beer. I would recommend both the beer, and the restaurant. * I thought I took a photo of the other side of the menu but ended up taking the photo of the same side. Apologies for not catching that when I was there.

Ordered a $15 chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, that was a disappointment, two $5 draft beers and a $10 glass of white wine. High prices and poor food quality. I would not recommend this restaurant.

If you go by earlier reviews you will be surprised like I was ....food was really good and fast and service was excellent.....definitely would stay and eat here again!!

Staff was stretched thin because a large group was staying at the hotel. Ate there twice, one night had pizza and pasta for $17 and another was Taco Tuesday for $15. Meals were basic and didn't seem like a value for the price, but was very convenient to not need to leave the hotel. First night it took a while to get acknowledged while sitting at the bar, second night service was very good.

Staying here for the weekend and wanted a beer and an appetizer before calling it a night after a long drive. Sat at the bar by the register and watched 2 employees and the manager walk by numerous times without acknowledging me. After 10 minutes and the bartender taking another employees order before mine, I got up and left. I hope the next time is not as bad, if there is a next time.

Do not expect to get food that you see in these reviews pictures. It's not that it's horrible tasting food, just wasn't good quality, and presentation was awful. Way too expensive for the food received. Also, these online menus are nothing like the actual menu.Waitress was decent, she got our drink and food order, then didn't see her again. Had to go to bar to ask for silverware, and drink refills. She was nice, she just not attentive.Very nice and clean atmosphere.
