Absolutely the best tasting food i have had in years! and the workers are very nice. and the place looks so clean.
From good service to strong management, this is a place on the come up! My girlfriend and I came in to clean floors, clean tables, and open arms!

My husband, John, and I moved to Knoxville from the metro Detroit area. We miss the numerous Mediterranean restaurants there and are always glad to find one here. This was our first time at Mama Mia Cuisine and Rimah, the owner, was wonderful! She suggested some of the house specialties and we went with the Mediterranean Dinner.
