I went to this location on Jan 22 at 10:45. I noticed a older african American man giving attitude to a customer while he was touching the man's frys in the bag. He came to serve me and got mad that I didn't want to have cheese on one of my burgers. When my wife added mayo to hers he snapped and said I'll give you a packet. I understand people have bad days and maybe he was having one
The only thing we eat at McDonald's is fish, fries, and iced tea. Or, occasionally breakfast. Cedar Bluff is always has good hot food and iced tea is impressive for fast food. Service is usually fast and friendly. But, shouldn't it be?
